How QR Patrol Works
Place a unique QR checkpoint at each patrol point — a gate, floor, ward, perimeter or parking area. As guards complete their rounds, they scan each checkpoint from the KawalX mobile app. Every scan captures the guard's GPS position, the exact time and device data, then validates it against the checkpoint's configured radius before recording it.

Anti-Cheat Patrol Verification
Scans taken outside the allowed GPS radius, at the wrong site, by an unauthorised guard or at an inactive checkpoint are flagged as invalid with a clear reason. Duplicate protection prevents replayed scans from inflating compliance, keeping your patrol data trustworthy.
GPS Radius and Timestamp Validation
Each checkpoint has a configurable GPS radius. A scan only counts when the guard is physically within that radius at the moment of scanning, and the timestamp confirms exactly when the round was completed — giving supervisors precise visibility of patrol coverage.
